Get ready to RISE + Shine with Jen Porto as she sets the stage for health and wellness month at RISE. A big believer in “Creation Motivation” and NOT “Problem Solving Motivation”, Jen dismisses the idea of an ideal weight or perfect body type and challenges us to create a personal vision for our wellness. Be prepared to move, meditate and journal to unlock what your true self wants. Exertion level will be light, wear comfortable clothes, kick off your shoes, yoga mats are welcome, and be ready for lots of fun!
