Executive Assistant Part-Time Position: 15 - 25 hours/week
RISE Collaborative is both a workspace for professional women to conduct business and a curated community for women focused on growing professionally and personally. Our community consists of women ranging in age from 24 - 78, from start-up to CEO of a $500 million company. We are not your traditional coworking space. The Executive Assistant will provide high-level, personalized support to C-Suite Executives. The Executive Assistant will anticipate needs while managing the day‐to‐day workflow of the company, which includes scheduling, project management, and participating in a wide range of special projects. This position is a part time role with the potential to grow into more. Initially the hours will be between 15 - 25 hours per week and will have some flexibility with time in the office vs. working from home.
Maintain schedules, including day-to-day and long-term management of meetings, projects, and priorities
Proactively identify opportunities to advance productivity, efficiency, process, and technology improvements
Balance conflicting priorities in order to manage workflow, ensure the completion of essential projects, and meet critical deadlines
Assemble information for presentations, projects and strategic planning
Serve as the first point of contact for a wide variety of high-level relationships between Executives and external contacts
Develop and maintain efficient documentation and filing system
Manage event logistics and provide onsite support as needed
Complete expense reports for assigned Executives and company
Handle phone, email and postal mail inquiries and respond appropriately
Draft and edit correspondence, articles, reports and presentations; transcribe meeting notes
Coordinate and manage special projects, including working collaboratively with staff to meet deadlines
Cover front desk a couple of shifts a week

Produces well thought‐out, professional correspondence free of grammatical and spelling errors
Excellent time management, organizational and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities
Interacts professionally with stakeholders and employees at all times
Promptly respond to requests with accuracy and a courteous demeanor
May be required to work at night or weekends to assist at special events, to manage workload or to meet deadlines
Demonstrates proficiency with Microsoft Office products and Google suite
Experience with or willingness to learn new software as needed
Initial three month trial at $18 - $20/hr.
