One of the most best things about the RISE community is that our members are so multifaceted, and many of them are leading companies, managing others, and charting incredible career paths. One of the core beliefs of RISE Society, the nonprofit arm of RISE Collaborative, is the belief that we can’t be what we can’t see, and we love that the RISE community is filled with such strong women leaders. This month, we’re recommending Selena Rezvani’s first book, The Next Generation of Women Leaders, because supporting this generation and creating a pipeline for success is such a central motivating factor for all of us at RISE.
Rezvani is the VP of Consulting and Research at Be Leaderly and uses her first book to empower women in business by showcasing 30 interviews from women at the top of their fields. The stories bring us right back to when our CEO, Stacy Taubman, was interviewing smart, strong, successful St. Louis women and first had the idea for RISE! Rezvani’s book is a great resource for young or established women alike looking to further their leadership and management skills! Check it out HERE and let us know your biggest takeaways!
