One of the most best things about the RISE community is that our members are so multifaceted, and many of them are leading companies, managing others, and charting incredible career paths. One of the core beliefs of RISE Society, the nonprofit arm of RISE Collaborative, is the belief that we can’t be what we can’t see, and we love that the RISE community is filled with such strong women leaders. This month, we’re recommending Selena Rezvani’s first book, The Next Generation of Women Leaders, because supporting this generation and creating a pipeline for success is such a central motivating factor for all of us at RISE.

“We’re all moving forward together as a team”

Erin Prange has been dancing pretty much since she could walk. She’s been a part of the professional dance world in Colorado, Boston, Rhode Island, and St. Louis, with multiple roles and positions under her belt (or would it be her leotard?). Dance is her personal passion and she considers herself lucky that it’s become her professional world, too. In 2010 Erin became a company dancer with The Big Muddy Dance Company, a St. Louis-based repertory dance company. And as it often goes, her talents led to new opportunities.
