Stacy Taubman: Founder + CEO | RISE Collaborative Workspace + RISE Society, Inc.

Stacy is a thought leader in female empowerment and entrepreneurship. Before going out on her own as an entrepreneur, Stacy worked for 12 years in the academic world as a high school math teacher and earned Masters in both Administration and Counseling. In 2013, she founded Girls Dreaming Big, a tutoring and coaching company for teenage girls, which has impacted thousands of teen girls in the St. Louis area. In 2015, she started her second company, RISE Collaborative Workspace. Stacy has won awards and recognition for her work in the small business industry and is a frequent public speaker on the subject.

Kate serves as a key voice for RISE Collaborative Workspace, bringing with her more than a decade of public relations and community engagement experience. Her extensive client list spans industries from financial advisors to international food service, healthcare systems to educational institutions. A graduate of the University of Missouri School of Journalism, Kate is a seasoned communicator, creative, and strategist. Born into a family of entrepreneurs and mentored by strong female business leaders, she is passionate about empowering women to find their voice and passions.


Sara Needham: Partner + General Manager | RISE Collaborative Workspace Denver


Sara brings to RISE Collaborative Workspace over 10 years of experience and two Masters degrees in public education and business. She spent time in the classroom teaching students with special needs and then moved into administration as a school principal recruiter and finally the Chief of Staff to the Assistant Superintendent. Graduating from UConn and most recently from WashU in St. Louis with her MBA, Sara is skilled at project and operations management. She is passionate about supporting women to pursue their goals and is thrilled to join the RISE Collaborative team in Denver.
