Sales and Business Development Part-Time Position - 25 hours/week
RISE Collaborative is both a workspace for professional women to conduct business and a curated community for women focused on growing professionally and personally. We’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Person to join the St. Louis team and drive the Direct Outreach strategy across the business. The Part-Time Sales and Business Development Position will have primary responsibility in improving customer acquisition and increasing company sales. They will do so by researching prospective members, encouraging membership sales, and upgrading current membership statuses.
Sales and Business Development Responsibilities
Researching and gathering data on contacts/companies who would be suited for a membership using LinkedIn and other tools
Reach sales targets as directed for membership and rental space
Getting leads with the right requirements scheduled for a tour
Inputting data into our CRM and managing deals
Using email/phone to get in touch with potential members
Answering the central sales telephone line
Liaising with the Membership team to ensure the tours come in & their progress afterwards
Welcome and sign members and guests in and out of the workspace
Perform opening, daily or closing shift duties, i.e. making coffee, restocking and tidying kitchenette and print area, sorting mail, etc.
Assistance with event set up and break down
Additional duties as assigned
Previous sales experience preferred
Experience using LinkedIn to source candidates
Bachelor’s Degree Required
Enthusiastic & positive
Great communication skills and comfortable on the phone
Handles rejection well
$10-12/hour Plus Commission
