Eat, Learn, Grow - Working in a Male-Dominated Environment

While the US population is 51% female, many workplaces are male-dominated and working in these environments can feel challenging for some women. Adrian Bracy, CEO of the YWCA of St. Louis and former CFO of the St. Louis Rams; and Patty Hannum, columnist for Town & Style and former Edward Jones executive, both navigated male-dominated environments using skills authentic to their very different personalities. Whether you work in a male-dominated environment or want to better understand the experience, this will be an impactful discussion!
